When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet! Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but every parcel is packed with care and intention to reach you safely.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a tracking link straight to your email. You can also log in to your account and view your order status anytime.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace or resolve the issue swiftly.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can guide you through the process.
